Best Dominican food period. First off, I've never had pinto beans made as well as theirs. I don't even eat pork anymore, but still crave the pernil.
This has got to be the best Dominican restaurant I have ever been to. Was there today -- and had a delicious "mangu" meal. The portions are large -- and the prices are perfect. The staff is very helpful, especially for those who are not versed in Spanish. This is also one of the cleanest restaurants in downtown Passaic. I will definitely go here again.
Hands down my fav Dominican restaurant. They always have food that's on point. The lunch special is everyday. The portions are large and it's only 6$. The beans are so flavorful along with their meats. Their mangu is great. Can't go wrong with this place.
I eat here quite often since its super close to my house and I'm never disappointed! Whenever I am in the mood for a nice home cooked meal not cooked by me, this is usually where I go! They have a great selection already out and you can also order from their regular menu. I usually get their pernil with rice and beans and for breakfast their mangu with the tres golpes without question! But I have tasted other things like their pollo guisado, empanadas, pollor frito etc and all have been really good. Can't go wrong with this in the cut spot in Passaic!
Great fresh selection at lunch time and quick. Breakfast is great mangu, fried cheese, fried salami and fried eggs.
